My mom and I went to Kingsbury Trail to hike today. We decided to do 3.5 loop. I tried to get her to turn around a few times. I thought she must not have realized we were missing the kids! But on we went. When we finally got down the other side of the mountain, 3.5 miles in, it turns out we had another 2 miles to hike back up the road. It was hot! Luckily we had a water bottle to share!
It was good to get home to my kids!
I wanted to go to the beach again, but no one really wanted to go tonight.
