Tuscany - June 2

Today is Corey's birthday (and Troy's). Wish we were all together!

A beautiful day, as evident from the view looking out our door/windows. So we headed to an island about an hour from our house to enjoy the beach and swimming.

We had calamari and a little food truck type vendor as we searched the prefect beach. It was divine!

We drove on, and found a path just off the road. We pulled over and decided to hike it. I had twisted my ankle earlier in the day, so what was already a challenging walk was extra intense, but so worth it!

Gia wasn't convinced at first, so she hung back with grandma. Lily and Caden went ahead to explore. Eventually me and the kids took the plunge. It was great!

We of course stopped for gelato on our way home :)

Tuscany - June 1

We spent a relaxing day at home taking canvas bag painting class with Lily. But first, a few beautiful morning shots.

In the evening we headed in to town for pizza. Incredible! Love that you are expected to eat the entire thing. Bring it.

Beautiful sunrise when I went for my run this morning. This doesn't even look real.

Lily and I headed in for the croissants this morning. Love our special dates. We brought back croissants for everyone, and stopped at the grocery store, and a store like the 5 Below one in the US for one more go at floaties :)
