The East Fremantle Primary School teachers, and teachers from dozens of other schools held a work stoppage strike Thursday morning to protest funding reallocation of school dollars that are expected to result in the loss of 500 teachers aid positions. All were back to work in the afternoon - although we ended up keeping the kids out.
The kids still had tennis, as did their mother and a few of their mother's friends afterwards, so the kids had a great day playing together...
