On our way to Thailand - Day 14

We enjoyed a few pastries from the hotel as we got ready for our flight to Thailand this morning.

We will miss this view!

A few shots of the lobby of the hotel:

Love the old school taxis.  The steering wheel is in on the opposite side of the car.

All packed up and ready to go!

Some of the HK dollars.
We enjoyed a bit of shopping at the airport before our 3 hour flight to Thailand.  The kids are really excited to get to the beach and to see their friends!

A view of the many islands on our way in.

The house we rented is beautiful!  We always take photos of the rooms before we mess them up :)  Then the kids headed out to the beach...for hours, just looking for shells and hermit crabs.  Then a storm rolled in.

There is a chef at the house, so picked out some dinner choices and settled in to drinks...

...and squid flavored chips.  What else?!?  Even Lily liked them :)

After the rain storm passed, the tide was out, so we all set out to look for my shells and crabs :)  Corey and Gia came back first to go for a swim.  Lily and Caden stayed out until dinner was ready!

The Alexanders arrived just in time for dinner!  And then we were 10 :)  So great to be with some of our oldest and dearest friends.  Kidders will be here tomorrow!  Can't wait!

The food was INCREDIBLE!  What we selected is listed below.
