Quiet without my Lily Bug!
I had a 16-mile run today. Super cool to run around London - and finish it!
I went from the run to my first ever appointment at the "Stretching Lab". OMG! So incredible. Sadly the appointment was right then so the poor girl had to stretch me before showering. So sorry.
Post-run brunch.
