London - Day 1 - July 28

Lily and I headed to London for her college-prep program at Oxford - but first - we had to buy cute roller-bags that we could pack everything we would need for two weeks!  Hers is a cool neon yellow, and mine a bright pink - although I think the yellow is a bit cooler.

We took the train from Heathrow and felt pretty proud of ourselves for figuring it out!  Just noticed too you can see our bags over Lily's shoulder :)

We made a deal that Lily had to 100% manage the navigation to the hotel.  Good practice for her to be at Oxford on her own (gasp!)

We made it!  Staying a few nights at "The Henry".  It "the bomb".

We went out for lunch...

Had a coffee at Hyde Park before walking many miles around the beautiful park.

We checked out some shops where Lily found her dream dress - for not sure what?!?

That evening we met the Kane's and the Buser's to see "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrob".  After they had confetti dropping form the sky.  Pretty surreal, but one cannot help but wonder how on earth do they clean it up and what does it do the environment?!?
