Milano - Day 6, May 22, 2021

We made it to Saturday!  We had croissants and cappuccinos at Patticeria Cucchia, and then went back to the markets...

Lily following the king.  Sadly he didn't have time for us.

Heaven...

My $4 Euro bottle of wine and olive oil.  Bellissimo!

We spent so much time at the markets we were ready for lunch!  So yummy!

Two of my favorite market finds.

My little artist enjoying the painting sent Massimo & Chiara gifted her.

We then headed out to the Sforza Castello to visit the museums.

Baci baci.

Incredible bakery displays seemingly every few feet!  This one happens to be at our favorite gelato place, Chiciolati.

Outside of the Cardona station.

Sforza Castellano...

Looking across Sempione Park toward the Peace Arch.

We covered 12 miles this day, walking to Garibaldi station, and through piazza XXV Aprile, right by Corso Como and the vibrant Moscova area, that looked a bit like a spring break!

We were headed back towards the Duomo and ended up stopping for a manicure at Infinity.  One of the best I've ever had.  We finally made it home around 11 PM and went to bed!
