Corey and the kids, plus Lily's bestie Sophia, arrived in Rome and took the train up to Florence to meet me. Soooooo good to see everyone! This was my longest being away from them and it was too long!
We stayed at the same Airbnb we stayed in 6 years ago. Beautiful 3-story flat, accessible on the 5th floor (phew!). Kinda fun to know the place so well.
We had dinner at a great little place in Piazza della Signoria, then walked around a bit before having our first of many, many gelato.
