Corey and Troy's birthday today! We had a tour scheduled at the Vatican. We grabbed a croissant and cappuccino on the way and were off. Unfortunately Lily wasn't feeling well this morning, so she missed it, but the rest of us really enjoyed it.

After naps, we ventured out to the coliseum and to walk through Trastevere before dinner. We took the underground to come out not far from the Rome Global Gateway.
