Chipotle Look-Alike

We had the 25 ND students from South Bend to the house for dinner and attempted to re-create the much loved, and missed by all, Chipotle experience.  Corey was the master chef, as usual, and did great! Lily was the dessert chef, making the strawberry tarts from her school cooking class this week.

The cooking took a full two days, and less than an hour for it all to be fully (I'm talking bowls licked cleaned) consumed.

Such a great group!  The kids were in heaven!
